The New Moon of Shebat will appear first in Africa on the second day into the Sabbath, though it will be difficult to see, especially further east into the continent. It will then appear in a good portion of the Americas, though not the higher latitudes. The Holy Place is too far north for it to appear that evening, but the third day into the Sabbath is the 30th of Tebeth and the New Moon will likely appear there that evening; therefore, the New Moon Day will be on the fourth day into the Sabbath. No further reports will be issued this month.
