The New Moon of Kislev will first appear in New Zealand, the 29th of Bul, being the evening opening Sabbath observance, and then proceed to make her appearance in Australia, southern Asia, most of Africa, and then to all of South and Central America into southern North America. The Holy Place (Mount of Olives) will be too far north, but it will appear there and most of the rest of the world on the 30th, thus marking our third full 30-day month in a row. The New Moon Day will thus be the morrow after the Sabbath.
