The twelfth New Moon will be visible on the second day of this Sabbath over the Pacific and mid-latitude Americas; the evening after, it will be visible over the entire world, barring atmospheric obstructions. It is likely that it will appear over the Mount of Olives then, which would make the New Moon Day the fourth day into the Sabbath. However, we will not know for sure until it is actually sighted, for substantial clouds are expected earlier in the third day, and if they are delayed from exiting, they could impact the visibility. Either way, GOD willing, we will send out the New Moon Report that day.
