Bul 178 New Moon Report

Report

The New Moon was not sighted with the naked eye in the vicinity of Jerusalem, nor anywhere in Israel. Not only were there low clouds in the west but haze suddenly developed. Therefore, the seventh month we are in will be a full month of 30 days, and the New Moon Day will overlap with the beginning of Sabbath rest on the sixth day of the week, just as it did in the creation week.

You can now mark the numeric lunar days on your calendar (linked to in the previous email), numbering up to the 29th on Solar Day 250, when the New Moon may or may not appear over the Mount of Olives. Space is provided above each day for however you want to mark the days. We will send out a New Moon Watch edition of the newsletter in advance of this day to remind you to look for the New Moon and as a heads-up and update for the next New Moon.

Important Bul Events in Biblical History

Counterfeit Feast Held by King Jeroboam of Israel
(Not in Accordance with GOD'S Calendar - 8th Month Instead of 7th)

"And Jeroboam ordained a feast in the eighth month, on the fifteenth day of the month, like unto the feast that is in Judah, and he offered upon the altar. So did he in Bethel, sacrificing unto the calves that he had made: and he placed in Bethel the priests of the high places which he had made. So he offered upon the altar which he had made in Bethel the fifteenth day of the eighth month, even in the month which he had devised of his own heart; and ordained a feast unto the children of Israel: and he offered upon the altar, and burnt incense" (1 Kings 12:32-33).

This was a harbinger of what counterfeit Christianity would do after their apostasy in changing appointed times and law (Dan. 7:25).

A Special New Moon

The eighth New Moon is a special one because it is when the Passover will be fulfilled in the marriage supper of the LAMB in the New Jerusalem, just days after the arrival there.

'Bul' means 'Produce'. It was the month of the main olive harvest, with olives being very spiritually and practically important in the biblical times, particularly for the oil they produce for bread-making and light. Antitypically, the first New Moon we celebrate in Paradise will be the 8th one, for the Tree of Life and all the other trees in the Holy City will produce fruits of all sorts every New Moon.

There is a good reason why the eighth New Moon will be our first one: It is the product of all the seventh month events at the end of time. The marriage, the judgment, and ingathering of souls of the seventh month are all prerequisites for eternity in Paradise, which the number eight stands for, being that the Last Great Day is the eighth day from the Second Advent Day when the redeemed enter the Holy City and the New Moon of the eighth month—and, in a sense, every New Moon thereafter—is the celebration of the New Jerusalem—the Bride of the LAMB—which represents the eternal royalty of His Kingdom. Will you be there? We hope to see you there!

New Moon Blessings,
